Preventive CoVID-19 Measures
1. DRINK lots of HOT liquids (Coffee, Tea, Water, etc). AVOID drinking/eating cold things.
2. SIP a cup of WARM water every 20 Minutes). This keeps mouth MOIST and WASHes any trashes if VIRUS into your STOMACH where ACIDs can NEUTRALIZE virus before it reaches the LUNGs
3. GOGGLE warm WATER with an antiseptic (Garlic, Salt, Lemon, Vinegar, etc), everyday. They PREVENT/Kill growth of VIRUS causing MICROorganisms.
4. WASH your CLOTHEs as often as possible. The VIRUS attaches its self to CLOTHEs and HAIR, any SOAP or detergent kills it.
5. BATHe frequently after going OUTSIDE, or where possibly exposed. DO NOT sit down anywhere at HOME before doing so, particles can survive on surfaces as well. If you can’t wash OFTEN, then hang in SUN, heat can neutralize VIRUS.
6. SANITIZE metallic surfaces very carefully, because the VIRUS can remain on such surfaces (Handrails, Door Handles, Buttons, Knobs, etc), for 9 days.
7. DO NOT SMOKE. The Virus is a Respiratory DISease that clogs the LUNGs and AIR passageways, smoking AIDs in that process and facilitates blockage.
8. WASH hands every 20 minutes, using soap that FOAMs for at least 20 seconds.
9. EAT lots of FRUIT & VEGETABLEs
10. NOTE: the VIRUS enters through OPEN respiratory passages, through the THROAT then to the LUNGs, and REMAINs there for at least 3 days and then passes through and ATTACKs the LUNGs
11. PRACTICE “social distancing” it LIMITs one’s chances of becoming exposed and helps FLATTEN the exposure rate. Doing so also gives TIME for NATURAL occurrences to KILL the virus off itself (Warm weather). Take good care of yourself and your loved ones. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Be patient and kind. There is no better time to strengthen our bonds, to stand together (digitally), to help each other through this storm, and hopefully come out the other side stronger. Your Thoughts?
