Maxwell, born Gerald Maxwell Rivera, the sultry smooth r&b artist wooed his fans at the 2019 Cincinnati Music Festival. Joining him was the headliner, Mary J. Blige, along with Frankie Beverly & Maze, Blackstreet featuring Teddy Riley, Dave Hollister, Earth Wind & Fire, RBRM (Ronnie, Bobby, Rickie, and Mike from New Edition), and more. Maxwell looks like he's returning to his signature afro styled hairdo, presently sporting straight back braids. We're told the Festival was awesome and Maxwell is back! Stay Ntund.
