Maxwell, born Gerald Maxwell Rivera, the sultry smooth r&b artist wooed his fans at the 2019 Cincinnati Music Festival. Joining him was the headliner, Mary J. Blige, along with Frankie Beverly & Maze, Blackstreet featuring Teddy Riley, Dave Hollister, Earth Wind & Fire, RBRM (Ronnie, Bobby, Rickie, and Mike from New Edition), and more.
